We are involved in each of the rights protected by intellectual and industrial property, such as: Trademarks, Patents, Technology, Industrial Designs, Utility Models, Plant Varieties, Trade Secrets, Know How, Privileged and Confidential Information, Domain Names, Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights, Reservations of Rights and we include advice on the new subject of Personal Data.
We have divided the area of Intellectual Property into 3 parts:
- Prosecution which includes: the constitution, maintenance and renewal of rights, in which we carry out a review from a legal point of view, so that each opinion, search and consultation includes a strategic and economically convenient position for our clients, not only in Mexico but internationally.
- Litigation intellectual property, including administrative litigation including appeal and amparo (Constitutional actions), as well as commercial litigation that leads for the collection of damages.
- Transactional in which we include:
- Due diligence and M&A's;
- Consulting on contracts or any agreements “of” or “related to” intellectual property;
- Strategic Consulting on Intellectual Property protection, using a global vision of all intellectual property rights (expanding protection in trademark or copyright matters and even inventions when appropriate).
